John Riccitiello is Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Arts, the world's leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment.
Mr. Riccitiello originally joined EA in October 1997 as President and Chief Operating Officer. He was President during a period of dynamic growth — with his help EA grew market share, diversified our product portfolio and strengthened our international business. He left the company in 2004 to become a founding partner and managing director of Elevation Partners, a private equity partnership focused on the media and entertainment sector. In addition to his responsibilities as a Managing Director at Elevation, he also served as the Chairman and CEO of VG Holdings (consisting of BioWare and Pandemic Studios, both leading developers in the video game business). He also served on the Board of Directors of Forbes Media LLC. He returned to EA as CEO in April of 2007.
Prior to joining Electronic Arts, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the worldwide bakery division at Sara Lee Corporation. He also served as President and CEO of Wilson Sporting Goods Co. and held executive positions at Haagen-Dazs, PepsiCo, Inc. and The Clorox Company. Mr. Riccitiello holds a Bachelors of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Riccitiello lives with his wife and children in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Mr. Bene has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2004. From April 2004 to October 2004, Mr. Bene held the position of Vice President, Acting General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and from June 2003 to April 2004, he held the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to June 2003, Mr. Bene had served as internal legal counsel since joining the Company in March 1995. Mr. Bene earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, and received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University. Mr. Bene is a member of the Bar of the State of California.

Frank Gibeau was appointed President of the EA Games Label in June 2007. In his role as Label President, Mr. Gibeau is responsible for product development, worldwide product management, marketing, and planning for all packaged goods and online offerings within the EA brand including Need for Speed, Medal of Honor, Burnout, Army of Two, Battlefield, Command & Conquer, Skate, Warhammer Online, Dragon Age: Origins, Mass Effect, Dead Space, Dante’s Inferno, and many more. Mr. Gibeau’s global operation spans several studio locations (EA Redwood Shores, EALA, EA Montreal, Black Box, BioWare, Mythic, Phenomic, Pandemic, Criterion, and DICE). The EA Games Label is also home to the EA Partners business that includes strategic partnerships with such award-winning studios as id, Valve, Grasshopper, Epic, Starbreeze, and Harmonix/MTV to name a few.

Eric Brown is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts, the world's leading interactive entertainment software company.
Mr. Brown originally joined EA in 1998, serving as Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of EA's Redwood Shores Studio as well as working overseas in Japan. He left the company in 2000 to join Strategy.com as Chief Financial Officer and ultimately became President and Chief Financial Officer of its parent company, MicroStrategy, Inc. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at McAfee Inc., the world's largest dedicated security technology company.
Prior to joining Electronic Arts, he served as co-founder and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development of DataSage Inc. Earlier in his career he held several financial management positions at the Haagen-Dazs Company, working in Hong Kong and Paris.
Mr. Brown earned his bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Peter Moore was appointed President of EA SPORTS in September 2007, taking over strategic leadership of one of the most recognized brands in sports and entertainment.
In his role as EA SPORTS President, Mr. Moore is responsible for product development, global product management, marketing, and planning for all packaged goods and online offerings within the EA SPORTS brand, which includes blockbuster videogame franchises such as Madden NFL, FIFA Soccer, NBA LIVE, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR®, NASCAR® and more. Mr. Moore's global operation of EA SPORTS, which includes the EA SPORTS Freestyle brand and development of more than 15 videogame franchises, is anchored by studios in Vancouver, B.C. (EA Canada) and in Orlando, Fla. (EA Tiburon).
Mr. Moore has more than 25 years of leadership experience in entertainment and consumer products. Prior to joining EA, Mr. Moore was Corporate Vice President of the Interactive Entertainment Business of Microsoft Corp., where he was responsible for leading both the Xbox® and Games for Windows® businesses, driving games development at Microsoft® Game Studios, as well as cultivating relationships with third-party game publishers and developers around the world. Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Moore was president and COO of SEGA of America, where he was responsible for overseeing SEGA's videogame business in North America. Moore played a pivotal role in the company's decision to change its business strategy to become a platform-agnostic software publisher. At SEGA, Moore also served as senior vice president, a position in which he was responsible for all marketing initiatives, including the launch of SEGA Dreamcast.
Prior to his role at SEGA, Moore was senior vice president of marketing at Reebok International Ltd., where he oversaw a staff of 450, in addition to the global budget. Earlier in his career, Moore was president of Patrick USA, the U.S. subsidiary of the popular French sportswear company, managing all the company's operations: marketing, sales, finance and distribution.
Moore holds a bachelor's degree from Keele University, United Kingdom, and a Master's Degree from California State University, Long Beach .

Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Gabrielle Toledano, Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Electronic Arts is responsible for EA's global staffing and resourcing, benefits and compensation, organization and leadership capability development, rewards and recognition, Facilities and Corporate Services.
Prior to joining EA, Ms. Toledano served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Siebel Systems. Prior to that, she served six years with Microsoft and several years with Oracle. Her portfolio has included a wide range of HR assignments including international work, most notably in Latin America. Gabrielle is bilingual and received her bachelor and master degrees from Stanford University, followed by a Rotary Scholarship assignment in Santiago, Chile.
Gabrielle is on the Board of Directors of Russian Hill School in San Francisco and on the Board of Directors of the Society of Human Resources Management.

Mr. Linzner has served as Senior Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs since April 2004. From October 2002 to April 2004, Mr. Linzner held the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business Affairs and from July 1999 to October 2002, he held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Business Affairs. Prior to joining Electronic Arts in July 1999, Mr. Linzner served as outside litigation counsel to Electronic Arts and several others in the videogame industry. Mr. Linzner earned his J.D. from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, after graduating from Brandeis University. He is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several United States District Courts.

Mr. Barker joined Electronic Arts in June of 2003 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining EA, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Sun Microsystems. Mr. Barker also served as an audit partner at Deloitte & Touche. He graduated with a degree in Accounting from University of Notre Dame.

Having been employed in the games industry since 1990, Mr. Humble has worked on more than 200 different games in his career. He has worked across the industry, including key creative roles with Sony Online Entertainment, Lucas Arts, and Microsoft Games Studios.
Prior to joining Electronic Arts and The Sims team in 2004, Mr. Humble was Vice President of Product Development for Sony Online Entertainment, where he headed up the EverQuest Studio.
In October of 2008, Mr. Humble was promoted to Executive Vice President and Head of The Sims Label of EA. In this role, he led the creative and business direction of The Sims franchise, which develops and markets life-simulation games and online communities with an emphasis on creativity, community and humor. Shortly thereafter in November of 2008, Mr. Humble became head of the newly merged Sims and Casual Entertainment Labels, known as the EA Play Label. In this role, he oversees all of the creative and business needs of the Label, across its five studios including: The Sims, MySims, Maxis, EA Casual and EA’s Hasbro Studios.

Chief Operating Officer
John Schappert has 17 years of experience building successful teams and profitable businesses in the game industry. After working as a game software engineer and project leader, he founded Tiburon Entertainment in 1994, the studio behind EA’s Madden NFL, NCAA® Football and Tiger Woods games. Tiburon was acquired by EA in 1998. In 2002, he moved to EA’s Burnaby Studio in British Columbia and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Group General Manager. In this role, he oversaw production of blockbuster franchises such as FIFA Soccer, NHL® hockey, and Need For Speed™. He was promoted again to Chief Operating Officer for EA’s Worldwide Studios and, subsequently to Executive Vice President with oversight of EA’s Online Platform and Central Development Services Group.
He joined Microsoft in 2007 to create the LIVE Software Division, the online services group for Xbox®. His responsibilities were expanded to include oversight for the Microsoft Game Studios and Xbox LIVE. This role included oversight of some of the industry’s largest franchises, including Halo, Gears of War and Forza Motorsport. John and his team launched the New Xbox Experience which brought new functionality to Xbox LIVE and helped grow the Xbox Live business from 6 million to 20 million members.
In June 2009, John was appointed Chief Operating Officer at EA, responsible for Worldwide Publishing, the Online Platform Group, EA™ Interactive, Central Development Services and other divisions of the company.
