INDIA
India is home to both a dynamic publishing operation and a rapidly growing studio. EA Mobile's studio in Hyderabad is home to talented and passionate individuals from India, as well as from the rest of the world, to come and work on great mobile games. Hyderabad is India's fifth largest city and a growing hub for IT and biotechnology. It's also home to an important EA studio that develops original mobile games and adapts games for a variety of mobile handsets. While game development is relatively new to India, the stage is set for the country to become one of the world's fastest growing markets. CHINA

Based in Shanghai, EA China is a key part of EA's strategy in Asia, particularly in the development of online games.  As part of our growth strategy in the Chinese gaming market, EA has invested in and is partnering with one of China's largest online game operators, The9 Limited. EA and The9 Limited have a licensing agreement that gives The9 Limited exclusive publishing rights for EA SPORTS FIFA Online in mainland China. EA SPORTS FIFA Online is EA's leading international sports franchise and is already proving to be a success in Asia.

KOREA

Seoul, Korea is home to an expanding EA development studio focusing on online games development. EA is passionate about bringing world class interactive entertainment to Korea and across Asia and to aid in this have partnered with Neowiz in a multi-year co-development and publishing agreement that brings FIFA to Korean online gamers.

EA and Seoul-based Neowiz partnered to launch the game in Korea, and EA SPORTS FIFA Online is now considered one of Korea's most popular games with millions of registered subscribers.

Korea is a busy cosmopolitan centre, perfect for building a career and South Korea has one of the fastest growing economies in the world since the 1960s and is now one of the four largest economies in Asia and the 12-14th largest economy in the world. South Korea is one of the world's most technologically and scientifically advanced countries, with nationwide 100Mbit/s broadband internet access, full HDTV broadcasting, DMB, WiBro and 3G HSDPA. It is currently the most wired nation in the world, with more than 90% of all homes connected to high speed broadband internet.

SINGAPORE

Singapore is EA's regional hub for Asia Pacific. With the main office in the heart of the city at Centennial Tower, the studio focuses on localization of EA games into different Asian languages for distribution throughout the region. In addition, the development operation in Singapore is also growing rapidly in the development of online games for the region.

Being its Asia Pacific headquarters, the Singapore team also oversees regional functions in the areas of Marketing, Finance and HR. It houses a multi-cultural workforce with staff from all over the globe, passionate in bringing EA's success in interactive entertainment to Asia.
